Samsung galaxy s4 rumors, rumors and more rumors

A slew of Galaxy S4 rumors hit the Web on Tuesday, and now what's believed to be a photo of the fourth-generation Galaxy S smartphone has been found online. What’s more, the so-called leaked press image is stamped with an April 22 release date.

This isn’t the first time we’ve seen a reportedly leaked rendering of Samsung’s next Galaxy S handset, but the recently discovered image does bear similarity to the previously discovered photo. The image comes courtesy of Italian Android news source Tutto Android, who also views the picture with a hint of skepticism. Just like the image that surfaced earlier in January, this purported image features a more squared-off design than the Galaxy S3. In fact, it looks more like Samsung’s Galaxy Note line than any previous Galaxy S smartphone.

Samsung Galaxy S4 Photo Leaked

Now a possible render 0f the Samsung Galaxy S4 has been discovered online, the photo below was uploaded to Picasa back in December, with the description of ‘Galaxy S IV GT-I900 Product Image’.

Google Nexus 10 review

Google's budget tablet range gets a new big brother

The Google Nexus 10 was only announced around a week ago but in many circles it had been anticipated since the announcement of the Google Nexus 7. After all, if Google was entering the tablet field directly then how could it resist the potentially very lucrative 10-inch market?
And here we are, just a few short months after the Nexus 7's launch and Google is taking the fight to Apple, going head to head for tablet supremacy.

It's not going to be an easy fight for Google; the iPad has always been in a league of its own and has a serious head start, but Google isn't entering the fray unprepared.
At £319 for the 16GB model the Google Nexus 10 is £80 cheaper than the equivalent iPad 4. In fact even the 32GB model, with its price tag of £389 comes in at slightly under a 16GB iPad 4 and a whole £90 cheaper than a 32GB one.
Don't think that just because it's relatively cheap it's not a premium, powerhouse device either. With a retina-searing 10.05-inch 2560 x 1600 Super PLS display, it's even higher resolution than the latest iPad, with 300 pixels per inch against the iPad 4's 264ppi.

Samsung Galaxy S3 review

The Samsung Galaxy SIII - a phone worthy of the hype

The Galaxy S3 has been available in the market for a while now, but with the recent update to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean (the 4.1.1 platform), not only has the S3 been given a speed boost; there's also a host of other goodies thrown in as well.
It's mostly changes to the interface that have been brought with the new update, but there are a few other areas that have been updated with the new breed of TouchWiz, so we've spent a few weeks checking them all out.
Samsung has made a big deal about this phone, not only choosing to launch it at a big and glitzy standalone event in London but has managed to top 30 million sales in November 2012 - and given the amount of people we see rocking the handset on the trains these days, those number seem to bear a hallmark of truth.
The price is pretty palatable for a top-end phone – some sites are offering it for around £26 per month with a very low up front cost,

Asus MeMo Pad reviewed right before launch

The Asus MeMo Pad might stand in the shadow of its older Nexus 7, and it might have been quietly unveiled with no pump right after CES 2013, but nonetheless its affordable $150 price tag make it one device that will certainly end up sold a lot.

And now, just before its official launch, the MeMo Pad landed in the hands of Bulgarian tablet portal Tablet.bg for a full review. After the same website got an early preview of the Acer Iconia B1, now it’s at it again and there are lots of interesting things revealed about this very affordable 7 incher.

First and foremost, unlike its Nexus 7 sibling, the MeMo Pad comes with Asus’ light Android skin on top of Android 4.1, so it’s not pure vanilla Jelly Bean.

Asus has taken a few shortcuts to arrive at the low price of this device, and the most notable one is the screen. While it is the same in size the quality is allegedly much lower than that of the Nexus 7. And we’re not just talking pixel density which lower here (it’s a 1,024 x 600-pixel screen), but also sub-optimal viewing angles. Still, it’s a fairly good and bright display, having brightness of 336cd/m2 which is comparable to the 400cd/m2 the iPad mini has.

Battery life was measured to be around five hours and a half if measured at reading at half brightness, and the officially quoted battery life is 7 to 8 hours.

Nokia EOS Said to be First Windows Phone 8 PureView Phone

The Nokia EOS is set to be the first Windows Phone 8 smartphone to feature the Finnish handset manufacturer's 41-megapixel PureView camera technology.

In 2012, Nokia released its 41MP 808 PureView at MWC. According to The Verge, a source "familiar with Nokia's plans" claims that the codenamed EOS device will boast a camera similar to the one implemented in the 808 PureView, which suggests the EOS will also offer a 41-megapixel sensor.
